Seether Scores Top Billboard 200 Debut, Adele Still No. 1

Back on this week’s chart, rock band Seether arrives at No. 2 with "Holding Onto to Strings Better Left to Fray" (61,000) marking a career-high chart peak for the band and its best sales week since "Karma and Effect" bowed with 82,000 in 2005 (No. 8).

Rock band Seether had a big hit with the hard-hitting "Remedy,"

which owed a lot to the Seattle sound of a while back, yet they don’t hail from the west. Instead, are from the south.

Pretoria, South Africa.

If you like labels (and who doesn’t?) you could call the music post-grunge/alternative metal, or you could just call it really good.
