Adele has been ordered by doctors to stop singing and avoid talking for at least a month as she seeks to recover from laryngitis, according to reports.
The singer, whose ’21′ album returned to the top of the Billboard chart last week, was forced to cancel her North American tour earlier this month after her condition showed no sign of improvement.

The Grammy winner has been forced to pospone five dates of her North American tour due to a case of laryngitis, her label, Columbia Records, announced on Tuesday.
Adele was initially diagnosed last Thursday in Minneapolis, causing her to cancel a show scheduled there that evening.
Adele‘s “Rolling in the Deep” continues to hold the top the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart this week, holding off former No. 1 track “E.T.” from Katy Perry (featuring Kanye West), which holds the No. 2 spot for a third week.
Pitbull‘s “Give Me Everything” (featuring Ne-Yo, Afrojack, and Nayer) rises one spot to No. 3.
Following at No. 4 is the Black Eyed Peas‘ “Just Can’t Get Enough,” which, along with the No. 5 track, Jennifer Lopez‘s “On The Floor” (featuring Pitbull), both moved up one spot from their previous week’s position.
Adele’s "21" — the biggest selling album of the year with 1.7 million copies and counting, according to Nielsen SoundScan — is set to spend a ninth (and perhaps final) week at No. 1 next week. Full Story…..
